OHIO REAL ESTATE LAW: OHIO REAL ESTATE RECORDING FEES INCREASE

Effective October 17 of this year, recording fees increase for real estate documents by $6 to the schedule linked below.  The first two pages will cost $34 and it is $8 for each additional page.
